All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the event date and services.
If a client cancels more than 30 days before the scheduled event, additional payments beyond the deposit may be refunded at DJ Boutique’s discretion.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
If DJ Boutique must cancel a confirmed booking, all payments made will be fully refunded.

2. Refunds and Force Majeure

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
In cases of unforeseen events beyond our control (such as extreme weather, venue closures, or force majeure events), refund or rescheduling options will be considered fairly on a case-by-case basis.
